Mitsubishi Triton GLX+ model on sale now
There's another limited-edition ute on the market - the 2016 Mitsubishi Triton GLX+ dual-cab 4x4.
Hot on the heels of the Holden Colorado LS-X limited edition model and the facelifted Volkswagen Amarok Aventura, the Mitsubishi Triton GLX+ model brings with a marginally revised look at a sharp price.
The GLX+ is priced at $36,990 driveaway for the six-speed manual, while the five-speed automatic attracts a premium of $2500 for a list price of $39,490. It is powered by the brand's 2.4-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel engine, and has Mitsubishi's four-wheel-drive system with on-the-fly shifting.
As you may have suspected from the model name, the Triton GLX+ brings a little bit of extra equipment over the regular GLX model, including a black grille, 16-inch alloy wheels, a rear step bumper bar, rear-view camera and 6.1-inch touchscreen media system.
