this car is just one of those cars that are just dremy and unless ur rick hard dick smith a packer or old billy microsoft the chance of u owning one is ZIP. but why are the complaining about the interior it looks bloody wicked at least it has electric leather seats and touch sat nacv that is all i want in my interior

i enjoyed seeing that someone else enjoys the new shelby as much as i do. i’m lucky that i live in the u.s. and didn’t have the extra costs that you do. This car is my dream car, and took many years of saving to make it happen. i plan on keeping it until my left leg can’t push in the clutch. i feel the need, the need for speed.

Tomas are you really that thick? You really haven’t worked out that these two people that you keep acusing of being the same person share a life. Under the circumstances sharing a PC might just be realistic don’t you think.

BTW I have met Wheelnut, (but he doesn’t know who I am) before he moved to WA. (Wheelnut just think HN).

Take the shelby mustangs cool/agro car om road presence, the new 5ltr V8 or the Aussie Turbo 6 with a FPV or even slightly better suspension set up n tune, N Ford will have one mean motha!!!! Ford Aus, USA n Europe should really consider something along those line for one world dominating car!!!!! Please/ Im asking nicely :-)

Great review, but I must admit, I don’t like the car at all. Who wants a car that is not nice inside and doesn’t like going around corners, especially for 150k?

Great review and quite a cool car. Although, for 150k, why wouldn’t you just buy an original mustang fastback? You could get the same amount – if not more – power out of an oldschool charged smallblock, or stick a 460 in it. Plus you’d get even more street cred!

What?? u can not be comparing a Skoda to a GT500… the smile on your face would be from a having a sound car but not from enjoyment the car provides. next then you will say that a skoda would be better then a veyron!

GT500 is all about fun! the Big Engine, Big power, the Noise and the theatre is what the a GT500 is about. and for most people that will put a smile on thier face. not driving a day to day run about that is only about getting from A – B with no soul!

BV., I actually had one at my disposal for a week in Oahu. The kiddies on the curb liked it when parading down the main drag in Waikiki. Beyond that, it was just a really ugly car. It was pondorous on the roads, you could not utilise the power, there were squeaks from various parts of the cavern on undulating road.

The machine had done under 2k miles. I have driven better fleet falcons…running on gas.

My advice BV., is that a an RS Skoda TDI DSG will put a smile on your face for a fraction of the price. It will last longer and you can throw a few push bikes in the back on kayaks on top. You will actually be able to insure it and it will run on the smell of an oily rag. A true performance machine for our times.

And if you don’t want a diesel for demented rational, you can buy the Skoda FSI RS for 32k on the road right now. This is GTI Gold arguable better put together for 32k on the road…

Then again, you wouldn’t understand VB, or whatever…
