What makes you so sure?The Megane RS is not exactly in the same
segment nor price bracket,I don’t believe The RS would cost $55,000!
Anyway,the Megane’s power and torque figures don’t seem to be far
off the Golf’s quoted figures.
The advantage with the Golf R (performance wise)would have to be
it’s awd.

Renault are in bed with Nissan now so don’t suffer from half the reliability problems they use to. It is probably a safe bet to say this Megane will mix it up with the best of them for Performance and reliability. Cost though is another issue.
