Just came back from a 45 minute high speed cruise on the hiway and just got another driving rush while driving my 2007 RX8,BUT HAD TO FILL UP gas again because you know why!
So please put in the right engine mods to have a less thirsty engine AND PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT put that ridiculous smile on the front grill of this 2012 model car because it makes the car look like a bumper car at Disney instead of a sportscar!!!!!!!!! And i would hesitate to buy this goofy model. I also own a 2010 mazda 5 and saw the new 2011 model
which received a front smile!Get off putting these stupid grins on just about all mazda cars!Big mistake on the designer's taste.....

Actually, this is real. I sell Mazda's(new) out of a dealer in Middletown NY. We just had a memo come to our work email with much bettr pics, but of the same car. It debuted at the Detroit Auto show to a silly, crazy overwhelming response!

I really love the desig! Make a few corrections and it's ready for production. Of course it's nothing like the old rx7, but it merges nicely with the current line up. Ideal measures would be no less than 190cm in width & no more than 125cm in hight.
A rotary / hybrid version (gasoline-el) would be nice to get that extra kick out of it, plus lowers consuption.

Love it!

Would like it to have the 3 Stage Rotary vice 2 Stage 13B, but I was one of the first to start driving an RX8 back in August of 2003! I have had zero issues with the engine.

The car is still a lot of fun, grabs attention and looks and compliments.

Hopefully the economy finally comes back to make this car into a reality. I also hope it looks quite similar to the pictures I have seen!

for the love of the gods, will they just give in and go retro, like everyone else? A throwback to the 2nd gen RX-7 is much better than this crap.... and, while we're at it, the next Z should be retro, too. Mazda? Nissan? You guys listening? Millions of "oldschool" fanantics can't be wrong...
