There is a picture on this site of an aluminium bodied Riley to which you say you couldn't find any details about.
It is a replica copying an extremely rare car which is in the UK, and this copy should and must not be confused with the original 1924 car.

The 1969 Jensen Interceptor was the Interceptor I, the Interceptor III did not come out till 1972. The 7.2 litre engine actually put out a whole lot less power than the 6.3l motor. The increase in capacity was an unsuccessful bid to try and keep power up after the pollution gear went on them. The later Interceptor II's had the best motor (aside from the SP with the triple twin barrel carbys, power wise at least.

Hi all,
As one of the organisers of the all British Day, its good to see your interest in the event..

The next All British Day is again at Kings School on 29th August 2010. We've now set up a Website, so you can check it out for updates.

http://allbritishdaysydney.asn.au/

Not all the cars on show were for the rich. I took my Rover 2000, which cost me $1500 2 years ago!

Oh. if you need to go to a garden show, try the one at Mount Penang (near Gosford). Its usually on in early - to mid September. Its much better & you can go to both!!

As one of the organisers I was happy to see so much interest in the All British Day.

The official number of cars attending was 1530, although we believe it was closer to 1800! Not all the cars on show were for the rich. I took my Rover 2000, which cost me $1500 2 years ago.

We'd be happy to see you all next year 29th August, again at

Great piece of work, you might like to give the I30 a run to Brisbane in the coming weeks to the 'All British Day' at St Joseph Sports Grounds at Tennersyon Brisbane 21st Sept, 2009

Okay now that's cool. The DBS and Phantom look out of place at a "Classic Car Show" though haha.
I really love the way AM "evolve" their cars, new or old you can tell it's an AM, I think it's that defining grill. Kinda like BMW and their kidney grill.

These cars are spent pocket money for some that can afford to go to Kings, their annual fees will get you a new $20K car (that's per child too).
