		<description>Daimler should remember that Chysler is now controlled by Fiat and when the worlds largest auto maker tried to stuff Fiat around just a few years ago they lost big time and it cost them in excess of 4 Billion US Dollars in compensation settlement.

so Chrysler wants to not pay Daimler, but then sue daimler for imagined non-supply.

I&#039;d be very surprised if Daimler didn&#039;t have a &quot;if you are bankrupt or sell out to a rival all deals are off&quot; clause.

But then, Daimler was silly enough to get into bed with Chrysler, a mistake now repeated by Fiat......</description>
