Alex are you sure that they are making a shooting brake? I thought that was just an ugly camouflage for the Cabrio. But yeah, just beautiful.

"Wheelnut, you’ve got it all backwards. Aston are trying to be Italian with their pathetic reliability."

Maserati are hardly Lexus themselves.

"This looks better than any Aston ever made."

I beg to differ.

"It’s time people got over AM. So overrated."

Not really. Maserati on the other hand...

I wonder how's it gonna look like with the roof on? That much amount of wheelbase would mean longer canvas...and I think it won't look too good.

Lovely looking car, though I prefer the coupe and I'm looking more forward to seeing the shooting brake version. I'm just glad it has a canvas roof.

Camski, personal experience and every review I've read disagrees with your build quality claims. The Quattroporte is also well built. You can't just say the plastic trim will fall off, because it probably won't. The Italian's have really stepped up when it comes to interiors. Rattles? Perhaps. But if you're driving it as you should then you shouldn't be able to hear them over the engine note.

Oh come on guys, saying the Aston is more attractive than this Maser is like trying to argue why Jennifer Hawkins and Rachael Finch are more attractive than each other. They're both insanely gorgeous in their own right.

You'll probably find though that the lucky ones in this league, you may very well find an AM and Massa next to each other in the same garage.

It's no surprise, I know of people who own an IS F and C63 or E90 M3 and C63. Like it's no surprise to find a set of F430 and Gallardo keys in the same cupboard.

Then you have the best of both worlds =D

I just hope this GranCabrio isn't too heavy, the Turismo is plenty powerful but for something of this caliber, the 5 second to 100 time leaves a bit to be wanted (and yes, on the road, you can feel it too, all show, no go). Granted it's a GT but a bit of staight line poke to keep up with the otherwise "poor mans" C63 wouldn't be a bad idea.

Oh and don't get me started on the GranTurismo's reliabilty haha. The build is crap, the plastic trim will start to fall off within the first year and you'll have rattles like no other. But I believe this is part of the experience, because at the next Maserati meet, you can point out that your rattle is on the right, while everyone elses is on the left =P
