Subaru Australia has launched the special Hyper Blue versions of its WRX, WRX STI and BRZ sports cars this week, following news of their coming back in August.

As promised, availability of the new limited-edition variants is restricted to a total of 300 units, made up 200 CVT-equipped WRX Premium, 50 manual WRX STI Premium and 50 manual and automatic BRZ models.

The BRZ variants are equipped with an options pack that includes leather and Alcantara seat trim and front-seat heating, while the WRX Premium rolls on BBS alloy wheels.

That’s not all, though: along with the audacious blue paint finish, each special gets a number of other cosmetic tweaks, listed below.
