Video: Rolls-Royce Ghost Frankfurt preview

Rolls-Royce has showcased its new Ghost in a very hands-on video with product manager, Dan Balmer, prior to the car’s official launch at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.

With peak power of 420kW and 780Nm, the Ghost will reach 100km/h in just 4.9 seconds while maintaining the luxury of its larger siblings.

    Styling could have been a bit different, but on the whole a brilliant BMW 7 series… Oh wait its a rolls.

    It looks absolutely magnificent! Easily the best looking Rolls Royce since the Silver Cloud II. Forget the Maserati Quattroporte or Porsche Panamera, I have a new unattainable dream car…

    Looks like it’ll be closer to the 7-series than Phantom. Just hope they don’t make it like the Flying Spur, which is essentially a VW Phaeton underneath, hopefully RR will engineer their car to be sufficiently different to the 7-series
