Funny this has a torsion beam rear suspension as compared to the independent setup of a VTi sedan you can buy off the shelf.

Yanzo, while I really do find JC entertaining, I don't really take his review 100%.

The EP3R (the prev gen type R) and the FN2 R (current gen type R) have both been tested on Dyno and EP3R constantly gets 120-125 kilowatt on the wheels while FN2 R gets 140-145 kilowatt. While the engine might be mostly the same, they might have improved power delivery to the road resulting in this. What might also have changed is the rules for power rating.

As for him driving the car and understeer, he might not have turned VSA off as I didn't see flashing orange light on the dashboard. VSA in type R cuts off power and prevents oversteer.

Somebody tell Honda Australia that this is happening, maybe then we will get both versions as well. I agree that the UK version looks a million bucks, but all reports are that the Japanese version is a better drive, and more spiritually tied to the old-school R's
