Congrats Hyundai, affordable and with a long warranty how could you go wrong. My brother and sister both have one and there`s have been faultless. If on a budget or as a 2nd car I wouldn`t hesitate buying one.

I studied this in the school of life.

It's called offering a competitive product at a reasonable price, while earning a reasonable profit. The result is a company that grows steadily and remains profitable even in the bad times.

Compared to say Honda, which has followed the practise of ripping customers with its "bigger package, smaller contents" and higher price methodology - just look at the City. Presumably that's called selling-market-share at accounting school. You know, like Arnot's BBQ shapes. There used to be 250Gm in a packet, last time I looked it was 200Gm, and probably now 175Gm, but the price rise stays within the "inflation guidelines".....

Ford did a "Hyundai" 10 years ago - sold the Festiva cheap and cheerful car and they sold bucketloads. Then they replaced it with the Fiesta, better car, but much higher price, and sold none. That must be stupidity????

Well done Hyundai. I'm going to suggest my mum gets a diesel auto I30 for her next car.
