"The infrastructure needs to be set up before i would conceder the plug in alternative"

I think Canberra are starting their EV infrastructure next year. Not sure about other states.

At the end of the day what percent of your annual journeys are more than 80Kms from base?? 1%, 3% , 5%??? I should think most will have one EV to run around and a petrol/hybrid for those big trips.

DE,
You could take a petrol generator with you. I love the idea of electric cars and i think they have a future in personal transport. But DE is correct. The infrastructure needs to be set up before i would conceder the plug in alternative. Other than that I can see only positives.

I prefer the name of Rogue to Dualis, and I think the styling is more cohesive than its brother. It also has family ties, because it looked like the old Murano.

Yeah! An SUV with a range of 160 km. A lifestyle vehicle that limits you to within 80 km of home base.
"Dad, can we go fishing or camping?" "Sure son, we should be able to camp in the shopping centre carpark, then buy some fish when it opens in the morning".
What a waste of time.

Soccer mumms will love it but.
