FPV has had their best ever sales, the reason why HSV has more numbers is because they have a huge range, but over at FPV they just new.

Orion FPV Falcons won’t suddenly out-sell HSV, They need to have the Focus, F6X, etc.

Azza, I’d take the HSV R8 over an f6 typhoon anyday
not only does it look better, its faster, has esp, and is far more refined.

I’d just like to point out that HSV has been around for years! And that therefore gives them a greater advantage of a larger stock. Where as FPV has only been around since the demise of Tickford which was mid 2003 i think… FPV in my point of view have done reasonably well in sales with the considering. And lets not forget, that Performance vehicles are about their performance, and I hate to say it, but FPV’s F6 Typhoon has every single HSV car beaten. And just imagine what it will be like when the 2008 FPV range comes out… HSV and Holden will not know what hit them.

Not true Andrew, the E-series will spawn several new HSV cars included the Maloo and other variants which were huge sellers for HSV and may even be exported to the US who like it.

also for what holden spent on the E series in comparison ford with its lesser sales would be actually making more money with their FPV’s

I hear that the new ford will turn by reversing the wheels on one side of the car and driving forward with the others kinda like an army tank. Plus it’s going to come with a free role of gaffer tape for on road repairs.

Its that or the mining boom. I remember Skaffe opening his dumb trap and commenting on that HSV sell more cars to mining towns than FPV !!!…….Right….Not sure if that was smart thing to say or not?

hsv drivers make more claims which means they have to buy it again when they write it off.
