Range Rover Evoque Convertible spied in Sweden, on Nurburgring

The upcoming Range Rover Evoque convertible has been spotted by our spy photographers on the Nurburgring and undergoing cold weather testing in Sweden.

Just prior to the Geneva motor show, at the beginning of this month, Range Rover confirmed that the Evoque Convertible will enter production soon and go on sale across the world from 2016.

The production car is based on the concept car that debuted at the 2012 Geneva motor show.

The prototypes seen here look very similar to the 2012 concept car. The only notable difference that we can discern underneath all that wiggly camouflage is the addition of a small rear spoiler.

We'll probably have to wait until the car's unveiling to discover whether the deck-lid spoiler will be a standard feature or not.

According to Range Rover Australia the Evoque Convertible will likely go on sale in Australia some time during 2016.
