The new, special edition 2015 Holden Captiva 7 Active has arrived on sale priced at $31,990 driveaway.
The seven-seat SUV is based on the Holden Captiva 7 LS front-wheel drive base model, and adds items such as 18-inch alloy wheels, fog-lights, roof rails, leather-trimmed seats and a sunroof.
Other standard kit includes a reverse-view camera and 7.0-inch touchscreen media system, as well as a power-adjustable driver’s seat. As with the LS, the Active is powered by a 2.4-litre petrol four-cylinder engine with a standard six-speed automatic.
The Captiva 7 is already one of the country’s most affordable seven seaters, and Holden executive director of marketing, Bill Mott, said the new Active model added even more value for money.
“Captiva Active provides customers with everything they need to help them enjoy an active family lifestyle with no compromise, whilst continuing to be the best value seven seat SUV in the market,” Mott said.
It arrives in showrooms from late February.
