Special edition Clio and Mégane World Series by Renault for UK
Renault has unveiled the new special edition World Series Clio and Mégane which are soon to be available exclusively for the UK market.
Due to be unveiled at the World Series by Renault spectacular at Silverstone, the World Series by Renault special editions add aggression to the more frugal models in the range.
Based on the most popular Dynamique trim level in the Clio, the World Series by Renault version adds an extended front spoiler, side skirts, a sports rear bumper plus WSR badging.
While the Mégane Hatch and Coupé World Series versions add an extended front spoiler, side skits, sports rear bumper, rear spoiler, WSR badging and 17-inch alloy wheels.
From the Clio range, customers can choose from the 1.2 16V 75, the highly efficient TCe 100 or the frugal dCi 86 engines while the Mégane World Series by Renault variants are available as either the 1.6 16V 110 or the dCi 106, both with a six-speed gearbox.
While these special edition models most likely won't find their way into Australian showrooms, the photos were too good to pass up.
