That’s quite impressive indeed. I’ve seen the MTM prepared Audi (for a heart surgeon in Dubai), though it was much to do with only aesthetics but they’re work is worthy of praise.
What impresses me in this video (apart from the supercharger roar) is that you can tell how very very in control the car is, the awd system keeps up well in traction and the driver would just be loving that ride.
Is this going to be a package offered by MTM for any Rs4 owner to get?

Awsome will you take my SL55 in part exchange it just dont sound like that, who would need a radio with that beautiful sound around you. Off to my Audi garage now.
WOW!! Im a cop in Australia and tried to chase a stolen RS4 a few nights ago. I thought I was seeing things when I saw it’s tail lights vanish into the darkness ahead of me. I will have to show this vid to the boys at work to validate my excuse for not catching it! We’ve got no chance of getting this one.
