		<description>We now know that Citroen is the company PSA chose to go upmarket.  Panhard, my ass!!!  Citroen was the best choice to push the company upmarket anyway.  

Afforadable luxury for a new generation cant be garnered by old brands when those who remember them eat baby food in nursng homes.</description>
