Honda Accord Euro gains Modulo Sports Pack

Honda Australia will now offer customers the choice of kitting out their new Accord Euro with parts from the Honda Custom Performance brand, ‘Modulo’.
Already a huge success in Japan, Thailand and Malaysia, Modulo was first introduced into Australia with the new Honda City and will allow owners to personalise their car with a range of race-inspired accessories.
With Honda’s reputation for quality and reliability, Modulo has had to ensure total design integration and the highest levels of quality and fit in order to gain the stamp of approval from Honda.
The Modulo Sports Pack for the new Accord Euro is comprised of new front and rear bumpers, side skirts, a sports grille, rear boot lid spoiler and fog lights.
A Modulo Sports Pack is now available for the Honda City, Odyssey and Accord Euro from all Honda dealers throughout Australia.

oh why not the Accord. It would have gone a long way to improve the look of the ghastly accord.
Take away the pointless spoiler and it would look great.

This looks like the after market sports kit they have always offered for the Euro. Really would look good with a big set of rims underneath it.

This is a bit like putting Princess Anne in a string bikini.
Princess Anne had a pretty hot bod in her heyday….
So did the Accord Euro in its first generation.
This is the same Bodykit they have always had with the new generation Euro.
The car in the picture is a base model with the bodykit and wheels and I think the standard Euro looks better.
However I have seen A Black Luxury with all of these bits and it looks pretty good with the 18’s off of the luxury

A sports kit for the Euro is irrelevant considering the fact that it is anything but sporty. It is ridiculously slow and heavy.
The Euro is an awesome car and is above this ’slapdash’ kind of thing.
Maybe should have a Mugen range of options. That would be far cooler and closer to the brand heritage. How sad they are trying to sound Italian with Modulo. A Euro Modulo sounds like a Camry Sportivo!
Maybe a Brawn Limited Edition. ;-)

The Modulo sports kit is $6′200 fitted and painted for the Euro. It includes the wheels and so it should at that price. The rear “wing” type spoiler looks crap in real life. They should have gone with a more subtle lip type spoiler imo.
Wouldnt bother, the stock look, looks good.
Adding more plastic on it to make it look fast… when it isnt… is well… typical P plater thinking with their Hyundai Excels, Mitsu Lancers, Honda Civics all done up…. but couldnt accelerate to 100 under 12 seconds anyways.
Honda should leave it the way it is… or release a Euro with the 200kW engine from the “normal” Accord.
I am getting pretty sick of those style rims… they look cheap and plasticy and i cant see why ANYONE would buy them….
I wonder if the rims come with the car or if you have to stop by Bob Jane on the way home…
But seriously, the rest of the kit doesn’t look too bad.

The rims come from bob jane and are available with removable plastic inserts in 78 different colours and come in at a very reasonable $23 each including bridgestone rubber.
Overpriced way of making your luxury car look a Camry sportivo…

Its pretty funny when a car maker brings out a ’sports’ pack but still leaves the original sized wheels on it, just in a different pattern
This car would probably need a Playboy sticker on it somewhere before it could be described as fully sick.

I still can’t believe that split grill eyesore actually made it into production. Hopefully Honda’s design team clean up that mess in the facelift due later this year.
Sat nav options across their range is another correction drastically required. Cheap looking double DIN stereos in their CRV & Oddysey luxury models do not align with their 50k price tags.
interesting that a 1,600kg 2.4 litre four cylinder car is in any way ’sporting’…
