Because Holden is a subsidary of General Motors………does that mean other companies can by shares within Holden?

General Motors Corp. (GM) will ask a bankruptcy judge Monday for permission to tap about half the $33 billion in bankruptcy financing being provided by the U.S. and Canadian governments.

After the UAW is fully funded, GM will file for a REAL bankruptcy. But not before taking 50+ billion taxpayers dollars. We are being taken as fools. Please do not give these ripoff artist money up front.
