Correction,

Barack Obama said he HOPES GM and Chrysler emerge “leaner, meaner, more competitive”. He is not silly enought to say that they WILL.
Can GM and Chrysler learn from their mistakes? Many doubt that they can.

I had that waxed Andrew M. I can’t see me ever leaving Camp Kia. It is like a relationship, I look at other brands but i stay faithful to one. Seriously though i do think Holden will become fully imported for a while at least.

Amazing how you can run a company into the ground, file for bankruptcy and start all over again!
In a way, whats happened over the past 8 months with the golbal credit freeze has really highlighted which companies are truly the better companies.
Not to bash Crysler/GM but Ford has suffered the same issues yet is not heading for bankruptcy and i will bet now Ford won’t have too.

The problem facing the Obama administration is (however poorly handled it may be) GM still represents 1% of US manufacturing! Given the climate he inherited and the current employment situation it would be either a very BRAVE or STUPID president to let them fail.

Barrack is currently involved in a very important chess game and he is staring check mate in the face, his next move will either label him as one of the greats, or a failed expirement in inter race-relations…..

European Union is overated! A Protectionist,fictional body that thinks it running several countries (as the rest don’t really matter) as states of a larger country like the US or Australia.
