CarAdvice The Magazine Issue #7
May 19, 2009 by Alborz Fallah
Welcome to the May edition of CarAdvice Magazine, a PDF preview of Australia’s number one editorial automotive website.
In this month’s issue we have a mountain of first steers including Mazda’s all-new 3, Honda’s stylish Odyssey, KIA’s funky new soul and Nissan’s stunning new Maxima.
We also road test the new Land Rover Discovery 3, HSV’s ground pounding Clubsport R8, Holden’s new Active Fuel Management V8 Caprice, Ford’s G6E E-Gas Falcon and the excitingly stylish Hyundai i30cw.
AutoRoute is back again this month too with Josh taking an R32 Golf for a spin through central Australia and we preview our Aussie V8 Shootout with old rivals Holden and Ford at it once more – this time with more test equipment than you can poke a stick at.
While all this is going on, our team is in Europe to bring you Full Throttle 2, a video presentation of some of the world’s fastest cars set to the same recipe that last time saw us drive the Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin DBS and a pair of gorgeous Lamborghinis.

CarAdvice The Magazine:

“Nissan’s stunning new Maxima”? “the excitingly stylish Hyundai i30cw”? To me, the best thing you could say about the Maxima’s look is that it is “interesting”, and that the i30 is nice but rather derivative.
Call me cynical, but I expect the main things that will annoy me about this magazine will be the emphasis placed on the Ford G6E’s lack of safety features, while the base model Mazda 3’s lack of standard safety features will be totally forgiven.
nice posting, thanks to share your though with us.
