When I was in Tokyo and Berlin I noticed the cars in Tokyo are more like the cars in Sydney.. Bigger, nicer and newer and were on the right side.. Berlin (Europe) cars were all old, small, dirty etc

Euros are already pretty tight on cars that produce high CO2 levels. Forcing cars like the Corolla or the Astra, to be fitted with 1.4 litre petrol engines. This idea would be overkill.
