NRL HSV ambassador Cameron Smith ‘Punk’d’ by Greg Murphy

NRL legend and Melbourne Storm player Cameron Smith has been one of HSV's brand ambassadors for a little over a year. Smith thought that a fun day out at Sandown Raceway participating in an HSV Advanced Drive Experience was the extent of his ambassadorial duties for the day.

HSV decided to 'punk' Smith by disguising V8 Supercar driver Greg Murphy as a Ford driving bogan named Barry Ford. The disguise included a fake tattoo, 5 o'clock shadow, overgrown hair and a rough Kiwi accent.

After Smith completed his hot lap at the helm of HSV's flagship GTS, Murphy jumped behind the wheel and decided to overtake the pace car.

The end result is a wild hot lap and hilarious facial expressions from Smith. Don't try this at your next track day.

What would you do if you were stuck in the passenger seat with a lout like Barry Ford man handling an HSV GTS?
