Pagani Zonda Competition

June 6, 2007 by Alborz Fallah

CarAdvice.com.au, Hunter Holden and Supercar Investments are giving one lucky car enthusiast a ride in arguably the world’s best supercar, the Pagani Zonda. 478kW of power – 789Nm of torque – 0-100km/hr in 3.6 seconds

The winner will fly to Sydney (all expenses paid), picked up from the airport in an HSV and driven to Supercar Investments’ head quarters. The prize is for an hour passenger ride on the 15th/September/2007* in a Pagani Zonda worth over $1,500,000 AUD. The car will be piloted by Adam Kaplan from Supercar Investments.

The passenger ride will consist of an hour drive around Sydney and will finish up with a photo shoot at a secret location followed by lunch. The winner will be our guest in Sydney and the whole event will take place in one day.

Interested? All you have to do is tell us in 200 words or less, why you would love to spend an hour in a Pagani Zonda?

Competition is now closed

The top three responses will be published on the website and the winner will be selected by popular vote.

Competition closes on the 31st/July/2007.

I’d enter, but the camera doesn’t love me. As soon as I saw the national TV appearance thing I was out of there. Good luck to everyone else, once in a lifetime opportunity here.

Lads, lads, lads, really, come on. Respect one anothers opinions please. I mean if we all liked the same thing what a ridiculous world we would be living in. We would probably all be driving Lada’s or similar uninspiring hard yakka vehicles. Can’t knock the old Lada, the Ruskies relied on them in conditions that brass monkies run from! So guys, go easy.

Anyway, every car gives birth to something new, more innovative, more exciting, safer and above all else much faster. Your Honda, Subaru, Nissan etc, all gave birth to the Pagani Zonda. Variety creates the spice of life. Food for thought!

Had a dream too good to be true, to own a Pagani Zonda…
But I know that would not become true, as if I have a spare million or two.
The worlds best super car, arguably true
With 478kW of power, 0 to 100 km under 4 seconds is just rude
A V12 with soul, carbon fibre, seats covered with rare leather too
      With only 40 Roadsters built
Then a ride as a passenger would be semi cool
And with help from channel 7 and Today Tonight
It’s true, an Azzie Citizen through and through,
Then I will get a chance to ride that Zonda, that’s who
But until that happens, my beat-up old Kingswood will have to do!
