Car News / 2011 Jaguar XJ spied at the ‘Ring
With the styling still well under wraps, the new generation Jaguar XJ has been spied undergoing performance testing at the Nurburgring.

The new model will be radically different from the current version as a means of reinventing the nameplate which has lost considerable ground to the XF.
Considering designer Ian Callum’s praise of the Mercedes-Benz CLS’ styling, it is likely that the new XJ will combine elements of a four-door coupe with traditional Jaguar design cues.

The new executive saloon isn’t a complete replacement with Jaguar utilising the existing all-aluminium platform code-named X351 which will make its official debut in spring 2011.
