Holden Efijy Reunion

June 16, 2006 by Alborz Fallah

Holden recently hosted an event to not only show off their very succesful 6.0L Supercharged 480kw Efijy concept car but also to show it close up to cars of the Early Model Holden Club of Victoria. Unfortunately for the club members, their cars are powered by a 2.2L engine that produces a rather unsubstantial 45kw of power :)

  1. Holden Efijy says:

I love the Efijy. To be fair to the early Holden owners, 45kW was proabably pretty powerful by 1950’s standards!

  2. Wheelnut says:

The fact the Efijy was voted International Hot Rod of the year and a Sheik offered Holden designer Richard Felazzo close to $2m for the car says something.

Not to mention that it also shows our boys have more creative flair, vision and are better at designing and building [retro-tech] cars than the Septics.. I mean we [Holden] also designed the Camaro.
Which is another reason I believe Holden will survive – for at least the next decade
