Our last day at the Nurburgring meant one more visit before we headed to Stuttgart. We loaded up on Nurburgring merchandise, went and took our group photo at the entrance to the ‘ring, with our beloved M5, and headed to Stuttgart.
On the way we passed the Hockenheim Circuit, home of the Grand Prix, and a Concord Museum. Three hours, 500 kilometres later and we arrived in Gerlingen, Stuttgart.
Every car we’ve driven so far has been exhilarating, but the Techart tuned Porsches blew us away. Our two cars, the GTstreet.RS and the GT sport were sitting purposefully in the Techart garage waiting for tomorrow.
In less than nine hours we head for a nearby airport to experience the two Porsches at full throttle.
Expect a full update with a video teaser of the Porsches this time tomorrow.

Out of interest are BMW lending you the M5 as a cruiser or did you hire it ? If so whats it cost to rent one of those over there …………please… A $690,000 Porsche tomorrow ,oh the pain of it all………
No idea how you guys are going to come down to earth when you land back in Australia,I imagine it will be an almighty “thud”
You gotta love Germany. 500km in 3 hours.
Yeah Andrew I wonder if that made a difference on the fuel economy ?
The M5 is a BMW press car which we are also reviewing as part of the Full Throttle tour. While it doesn’t quite make the 300km/h cut for a Full Throttle car, we reckon 276km/h on the autobahn chasing a Porsche Panamera is a damn good effort.
Cheers Anthony……….I thought the M5 was speed limited to 250 clicks?
