New Ford Falcon Testing in the US
The spyshots have caught this Falcon prototype at one of Ford's Detroit engineering centers, coming of the ship. It is all too obvious now that Ford Australia have followed Holden's path of becoming the rear-wheel-drive powerhouse for its parent company.
One of our readers (Damien) alterted us to this, Leftlanenews reports that the new 2008 Ford Falcon is currently undergoing testing in the States.
LeftLaneNews says that although there are no concrete plans for the Falcon in the US at the moment, rumours suggest that the 2009-2010 Mustang may share some Aussie DNA.
At least one thing is for sure, the pictures we've had of the 2008 Ford Falcon (on the righthand sidebar under 2008 Ford Falcon) appear near identical to the ones in the states! More news on the Falcon as it comes.
