Yeah air suspension is awesome, hydraulic’s even better. My mates V8 active soarer has one of those hydraulic suspensions, you put it in a test mode and the car does a little dance lol! Looks quite funny too! It came factory fitted, pretty high tech for these days, let alone 1991.

Most cars I ever owned scrape over humps or going into driveways . Take it at an angle,slow down and you will clear most of the time.

Its the doors being that low in a 911 you have to worry about,opening on to high gutters can get nasty as my first hubby found out .

I like a few people on this site grew up with lowered cars being life and you learnt to drive so you could look cool.

So what is this air suspension ? My girlfriend has that on her SS Ute…………dumped looks ultra cool !

I can tell you 60mm makes a massive difference!!!!!

(That is if it means 60mm on top of the current ground clearance)

I had one of my trailers adjusted a while back and the nob that did it put a bit of 60mm box under the hitch which in turn put the drawbar 60mm closer to the road.
I gotta be carefull in gullies and take it slow over speed bumps otherwise it scrapes.
I would kill for another measly 20mm clearance let alone another 60mm.

Every little bit counts better to miss by 10 than hit by 10

I’m sorry but that will make jack sheeet difference on most aussie speed bumps which are like frikken mount fuji…60mm is nothing, it is a smidgen over a match box….

But what do i care…i drive and old mazda…ahahahahah……

You really would think something like this would come straight out of the factory, at least for cars like the 911 which claim to be an ‘everyday’ supercar.
