2008 Honda Jazz

Honda have done rather well with the Honda Jazz. Recognized as one of the better small cars in the market today, Honda is not surprisingly a little scared to change the look of the car that has performed so well.

As you can see from the pictures, the new Jazz is easily recognisable as a Jazz. AutoExpress who blessed us with the photos reports that the new Jazz will be the same height as the current model. However it will be 50mm longer and 20mm wider.

The current Jazz already leads the class in interior room, the new shape will be no different with a massive 400-litre boot. In the UK a small-capacity diesel will be available for the first time, it is not clear whether or not the Diesel variant will come to Australia.

Japanese spec cars (which are similar to the ones we get here in Australia), will continue with the 1.3/1.5-litre engines putting out 65/81 kW respectively.

The new Jazz will be on display at October's Tokyo Motor Show. Expect the Jazz in Australia show rooms by mid next year.
