Mazda MX-5 drops top for Frisbee fun

Using two Mazda MX-5 convertible sports cars, two stunt drivers, two quality Frisbee players and one old fashioned plastic throwing disc, Mazda has put a whole new spin on a classic game of catch.

Partly filmed at the Longross race track in Surrey in the UK, the Frisbee changes hands between passengers while the two 118kW/188Nm 2.0-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder Mazda MX-5s are driven around in formation, sideways, and in tight smoke-filled circles.

Sadly, this new Frisbee format was not part of the Mazda MX-5 Media Challenge that CarAdvice recently took part in.
