I’ll be quite disappointed if this car ends up being sold at mid 30k, you can buy the cheaper prius for similar money, whilst offering a bigger car with more room, more performance (relatively speaking), and better fuel economy. What happened to the inital promise of this car being cheaper than the Civic hybrid?

I sent Honda an email a few days ago and they sent back saying that they were not going to bring the INSIGHT to oz. Wish the whole Honda team had their message straight

why does it normally mean that an environmentally friendly car needs to have such unimaginative styling? The Prius and now this? The Lexus and Civic are hybrid without major styling flaws, so it can be done. They rule out a huge number of greenie-wannabes by making them so butt-ugly.

Good news to see Honda Australia show this off. I wonder if the toyota stand will have the new prius to show off???
