Ferrari Enzo replacement confirmed for Geneva debut

With a carbonfibre monocoque that is 20 per cent lighter, 22 per cent stiffer and 27 per cent more rigid than the Enzo it replaces, an expected vehicle weight 100kg less than the Enzo and power coming from a new 7.3-litre V12-based hybrid powerplant likely to deliver around 680kW of power and 1000Nm of toque, the latest as-yet-unnamed Ferrari supercar is guaranteed to shake up the supercar world.

While Ferrari is yet to reveal official details on the car, it has released a teaser shot of the supercar’s black prancing horse badge (pictured top) following images shown last year highlighting aspects of the exterior.

Ferrari says it will start releasing details of the car ahead of its Geneva unveiling on March 5, where it will be vying for attention with the circa-$2 million McLaren P1 and its 673kW and 900Nm hybrid powertrain.
