Im also disappointed in this car, seems a little lacking in power and torque compared to… well everything really. Amazingly, this all adds up to a car that is (typical of Aston) slower than all its rivals. I will say its the best looking Aston yet.

Thank god however, that buyers will get their “carbon fibre door-pulls have been fastidiously prepared to ensure the weave has been perfectly aligned” to help them sleep at night.

Fantastic. From the reviews I have read, this is the best Aston Martin yet. Kind of defeats the purpose of the DBS though. I think this looks better too.

This is quite disappointing actually, i was hoping for 600bhp like the RS concept. With a (assumed) kerb weight of 1680, that is only 10kg lighter than DBS. So two cars, this and DBS both have the same weight, same engine, same power, same gearbox, almost identical interior and exterior design, i really don’t see the point of having this car. Where does this fit in the AM range with DBS already occupying similar position. At least they acknowledged this as an upgraded V8 vantage, instead of passing it of as a new vehicle like they did with DBS which is really a DB9S or DB9 Vantage.
