Holden has introduced an aggressive new service price program across its range in an attempt to convince more customers to get their cars serviced at the brand’s certified dealerships.

Under the HoldenWise Service Price Guarantee program, customers can present a comparable quote from an independent service provider to a Holden Service Centre and if the dealer confirms it to be a ‘like for like’ quote it will beat the price by 10 per cent.

Holden director of customer service and retention Narelle Stack said the service price program added another layer to Holden’s aftersales support following the introduction of the brand’s capped-price servicing offer last April.

“Holden has one of the largest dealer networks in the country and we are confident that our Holden Service Centres will deliver a competitive standard of service and value to our customers,” Stack said.

She said the program aimed to ensure the long-term reliability and safety of the vehicles, with factory trained technicians using only Holden approved parts, and had the potential to offer customers great savings.

The HoldenWise Service Price Guarantee program applies to the first six standard scheduled handbook services for vehicles within 3000km or 90 days of the scheduled service. Vehicles included as part of Holden’s capped-price servicing are eligible for the service price guarantee on the fifth and sixth services.
