Audi R8 Supercharged ABT Sportsline

What happens when you take a Supercar, and make it.. a super supercar? You get this:
Audi tuning specialists Abt Sportsline have been working hard to get this monster ready for release. Staring life as an ordinary Audi R8, the car is transformed with a
- full-on body kit,
- a new exhaust unique
- 20in BR wheels
- adjustable sports suspension set-up.
as well as many other visual eye candy bits (all to improve aerodynamics of course).But forget the looks, lets concentrate on the engine. They have supercharged it, and the 4.2L V-8 puts out a massive 390kW which is a good 81kW above the standard R8.
All this power gets the Supercharged R8 from 0-100km/hr in just 3.9 seconds (nothing like beating the magical 4.0 barrier).
Best of all, on early sunday mornings, when the Highways are free, you have the potential to get this car up to a insane 317km/hr (not that we encourage that).
Will it come to Australia? Most probably not. The R8 has proved so popular that Audi Australia has all but sold out of its Australian Supply of the standard R8 for this year.
