The MX-5 is a true classic sports car
one which has so far stayed true to its basic DNA, Rear Wheel Drive – Light roadster.

Yeah it is great to see Mazda do so well. Compared to other japanese brands though they are still quite a small brand and yet they sell the most fully-imported vehicles.

Looks sweet, would be nice if they wrote the power output of the engine even though we know it is less than 209kw, I am going to put my money on somewhere around the 150kw. That isn’t bad if you consider it weighs in at just under 1200kg, rear wheel drive, adjustable springs, that should give some impressive cornering. Now the looks, I don’t have to be worried about being told I ‘hide in the clorset’ (not giving to much away but meaning no offence if someone got it and is offended) when seen in one. Great car, it’s amazing that about 5-6 years ago Mazda were looking like a lame-duck company and was on the verge of bankruptcy and only being kept alive by Ford. It’s the complete opposie now, ironic.
