Oooohh, some interesting combinations here. Let me see. Next generation GTV Coupe to have 5.7l Hemi. Yankee cubic inches with Italian chassis and handling. Or a Dodge Caliber with interior and handling to match it’s exterior style.
I like it already.

Frugal is correct and can read between the lines…

Fiat now owns 35% and now has another customer to supply their engines and technologies to.
Fiat supplied GM with diesel technology when they pulled out of that 6Billion payout.
Now you have astra’s with punto diesels.

I think Fiat wants some of that yummy bail-out money and they deserve to have it.

GUYS GUYS GUYS…..read between the lines, FIAT need to be in the N.American market, so to get a dealer network all set up and ready to go would be priceles, THEY PAID $0.00!

Mind you it needs 2 Americans to outsmart 1 Italian, if the deal goes ahead then it will be written up in the same way as the GM deal was, FIAT will not bleed out of this, it will be the Yanks [Thats if it fails]

Frankly, i think all that FIAT is interested in is JEEP, they could NOT give a shit about the car divs.

Lets see what happens

F-0, They have been in the US market.
With ferrari since 1969.
Just sell fiats through the ferrari dealers. The yanks’ll love that.
