That is exactly what I was thinking Kirium. I was going to ask if he was the famous Trent from Punchbowl. That would have explained a lot! Obviously Trent knows stuff all about engines/cars because if he did, he would know that a turbo improves torque more than it improves power. Not to mention that it gives you that higher torque lower down the rev range in most factory installations. BTW Trent, how do you feel now that there are no longer any “real Aussie V8s”? There hasn’t been a V8 engine made in Australia for some time. It is either Trent doesn’t have a clue or is someone who is bored and decided to play on the stigma of the famous ‘Trent from Punchbowl’. :-)

Fasthonda Trent couldn’t reach 170Km/h in his VK because going from what I remember from his last update he was able to buy his fully-schick pryden joy with the chrissie bonus he got from his Bro K-Rudd.

However; when he was driving it he got pulled over by the fuzz who found several things on it which made his chariot unroadworthy He was pi–ed that he had to spend the rest of his not so hard earned to fix it.
Not to mention the fact that he was unable to do do-eys outside punchie station and out run AWD Nissan GT-Rs

You couldn’t reach 170km/h in you VK because (a)It simply can’t-engine is weak (b)it would start to fall apart.(c) the handling would be boat like,not to mention the floaty sensation of your car on the road.
Just leave it to the Japanese 4 bangers to reach high speeds and crash!
You should take comfort in the fact you’re less likely to quickly reach high speeds in that speed challenged, “fully sik” VK.

Trent – you sound like a first class knob. Theres many a 4 cyl car that could
equal a V8. Watch TGUK penultimate episode that has a history of BTCC (British Touring Car Championship) in the seventies (1970’s) folk here used mustangs and falcon in an attempt to win races with big power V8’s the little 1.6 and 2.0 OHC engines couldn’t match them ion the straight but beat them in the corners and won more races.

Trent… you have got to be kidding. That’s got to be the most narrow-minded attitude I’ve seen in a long time. The world is not all about v8s.

An N16 pulsar is more than capable of reaching 170km/h – out of the factory – no mods – no turbo – no sick rims or woofers.

If your fully sick VK can’t do that, maybe you should try extractors, or a shaker, or buy a decent car – your’s has issues.

Btw, i drive a v8 too- but thats doesn’t mean i hate everything else.

I stand corrected on the Pulsar if it was in fact a GTi-R. Those things go like the clappers. The news website was not specific.
