Iz, you do realize that V12 TDi is on a Quattro platform don’t you?

Marcoz, don’t say that just yet as a lot of spy shots like these ones often don’t show anything close to what the car will actually look like. Wait for the official pictures which I’m guessing are not too far away. And of course, although I’m not one of them, a lot of people think that the CLS is one of the most ugly cars on the road today so it does actually have the potential to outsell the CLS. And the Lamborghini Estoque and Maserati Quattroporte are both limousines, these are four door coupes. There’s a difference (apparently).

Their is no way this will be a CLS killer, the cls looks great and it wont even get NEAR to the maserati q4 or lambo estoque. Sure it may have some balls but the styling (which you can see better clearer pics at Leftlanenews.com) its very ugly, especially from side on near the back window how they have just pushed the window smaller size…looks crap….

I think it’ll be a decent looker once its done; like how all current Audi models do. Handsome would be a word I’d attribute to it.

I like the ‘shooting brake’ proportions of it, personally.

However, 6.0L V12 TDI and potentially FWD? Doubt it. Too heavy, unless you don’t plan going anywhere else but in a straight line.

I do like the idea of a V12 TDI A7. I think it’s a good thing that there will be no entry level 1.8 T or 2.0 TDi as it will mean that maybe a german car company can put out a properly exclusive car for once.
