It's not as if BMW have never made one before. Nobody has problems with the M5 being a 4 door sedan/wagon so why is this such a problem. Saying that, I believe an M3 touring may actually be on the way and if not this generation, definitely the next. What do people think of that? Kids grow ,a guy I know who sold his E36 M3 for a BF GT {WHY} has now sold it for a E46 CSL,hes got kids like me and buys his cars for the enjoyment not cause it fits in with the Mrs {hate that word}.......... Its a Coupe and this is simply UGLY as a 4 door ! Coupe,simple as that! Its the way it was meant to be.
