Holden has launched the special edition Holden Commodore Z-Series pack across the range of VE body styles, combining luxury and sports features with added value.

The special edition Holden Commodore Z-Series pack covers sedans, Sportwagons and utes, as well as the sports-oriented SV6, SS and SSV model variants.

All Holden Commodore Z-Series sedans and Sportwagons receive front foglights, rear park assist, rear view camera, leather seats, chrome door frame trim (sedan only), Z-Series carpet mats and badges, and 18-inch alloy wheels.

Commodore SV6 and SS Z-Series sedan and Sportwagons gain bolstered leather seats and 19-inch alloy wheels (LPG versions of the SV6 retain the current 18-inch wheels), while SSVs add front Brembo brakes, sports suspension and a sunroof (sedan only).

  • PIZZA

    Love it!

  • Peanut

How about releasing a Commodore Edition that everyone wants aka Coupe 60

    • Huwtm

      I agree

I’m not a fan of those ‘charcoal’ wheels. The VF can’t come soon enough!

    • Sumpguard

Yeah the entire car should be replaced because you don’t like the wheels.

      • http://www.facebook.com/people/Karl-Sass/100000921334936 Karl Sass

Are you serious?? There’s a full stop in there, the two sentences are completely unrelated. I’m amazed that needs to be explained.

  • MF

Nice additions but the VE is looking very tired and dated now.

    • Guest

No more dated than a BMW that has the same basic proportions and glasshouse shape each time, with just a remodelled grill and some different headlights and tail-lights.

The dark one looks quite nice with Caprice wheels on it.

      • Noddy of Toyland

Nah much more dated actually, because the BMW was styled better to start with.

Have you seen the latest 1 series?

        • Dave S

Which BMW was styled better? The odd looking bangle flame surface 5 series or the newer 5 which just looks like a bigger 3 series?

The VE went to alot of effort putting all the weight in the middle of the car, with tiny front and rear overhangs. I have seen very few cars even today with such short overhangs. Even in 2012, the VE range with it’s regular minor updates still looks very good. The V8 models even retain their value quite well.

Age has nothing to do with it, The VE is newer then the Hilux.

  • Goodfa

You can currently get a SS for $40,990 drive away so why would you pay $47,790 + on roads fir Z Series even with the extra features.

    • Legnab

Dont forget sale time will knock it down to $38k so just wait .

  • Shak

Not bad value, especially for the Berlina with the Caprice wheels. Although the design may be old, it cant be said that it is ugly.

    • Noddy of Toyland

Who says it can’t. My opinion is that it is ugly.

      • Gary

why do you even come on here to comment?

        • Noddy of Toyland

Gary plz. Why comment to such a comment?

Gary plz. Why comment to such a comment?

  • Legnab

    YAWN

    • Veedud

I agree with Legnab…this is way better than any VW!

      • twincharger

VW dont make a car like this. They might make flasher cars that this, but none with the reliability and durability of the above car.Go Holden,,,agree with Vt363rwkw running VF specs in this model.

  • Vt363rwkw

This is suburb, the styling tweaks look amazing. The dealer has sated the running gear for the VF is in these babies to test it out hahah. The Albury made 6 speed auto is beefed up, the 6.2 will be under the hood but still marked as a 6.0. Talk about a sleeper mate

    • Legnab

      HEAVY .

      • Vt363rwkw

Na mate this is a light car for its size and the VF will be lighter again mate you don’t know what your on about mate.

    • DanielD

The dealer wants to sell you a car mate and he will tell you anything you want to hear. You can hate him after the cars sold and you get it home and find none of it is true.

  • holden01

Last hurrah before VF and it looks the goods.

  • Guest

Why dont they make Bogandore badge?

    • Legnab

Why not with a range of colours like taxi yellow , feral fuscia , sales rep white , the old tank gets a new front and back next year why bother with this .

      • Vt363rwkw

Mate your clueless, Holden use this to refine there drivetrains for the VF, not like your gay boy VW that explode all the time, ha ha ha lot of VF stuff will be included on this limited edition.
Mate if VW did this then maybe you wouldn’t have to chuck big gay tantrums at the dealer when you Engine explodes, ha ha ha you great fruit

        • Legnab

Refine thats a joke , still way toooo heavy , old dino tech motors , dated looks , fuel gobblers , no wonders sales keep dropping , private sales like dropping of a cliff .

          • Vt363rwkw

Mate you are just angry cause your gay car doesn’t have the power of the Holden’s mate, the Holden’s are much faster and with the LPI they use less fuel to mate and have heaps of power.
Mate you drive a gayboy car you should be ashamed, you obviously love sausage mate.

          • Phil

Power is one thing, actual performance is another. 190KW Crummer runs 0-100kmh in 9 secs in independent tests….WTF, Mazda6s and Craprys with 125KWs do that – wheres the extra 70KW going?

    • DanielD

Pay enough and the dealer will do it for you. They will even register the car with the Guest personalised plates originally from your base VW.

  • Holdensaresh1t

all that people need to know is…..Holdens are gay full stop!
