Top Gear UK Season 12 teaser spot
October 22, 2008 by George Skentzos
Top Gear UK is set to make its return next month with yet another season of fantastic automotive tomfoolery.
It seems despite its previous experiences, the trio have returned to the US to drive the new Dodge Challenger, Corvette ZR1 and Cadillac CTS-V.
The Stig will be behind the wheel of the Bugatti Veyron for the first time in a Top Gear power lap.
Someone at the BBC has been foolish enough to give Clarkson, Hammond and May the keys to three big rigs, a formula for disaster – and laughter.
Then of course there is the usual mix of high octane performance cars including the Lexus IS F, Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 and BMW M3.
The new season of Top Gear begins in the UK from November 2.

And we will get that season in about 6 years time…
They got a Veyron for power lap? cool
It won’t be at the top (too heavy) but should be interesting to see how it does.
6 years time? A bit more like 2 weeks :)
Oooh, TGA will still be on then so Monday nights will be a TG fest. A bland, but improving, entree of TGA, with a main of TGUK.
I wonder when TGUS starts and that can be dessert…
I hear you can now purchase top gear episodes on itunes maybe they will be purchasable on there?
otherwise you can always use finalgear if you can’t wait.
this season should be rockin
Hope SBS show seasons 11 & 12 back to back as they are getting a bit behind with the UK series, then TGA series 2 right after that! CARS, CARS & more CARS. Ahh well a man can dream :)
I wonder weather they will have the UK top gear on another day like Saturday and Australian top gear on Monday?
or the other way around…???
That would be awesome :D
And all we get is to watch TG-A and some bad bloated sack Commodore compared against real cars….pfft!!
As I said before…thank god for youtube ;)
Marcos,
Yeah, looking forward to Season 12; Season 11 was a cracker.
At least if I remember correctly.
Saw it a while back………….
:-)
C’mon Marcos, why rely on SBS, when the new UK series will be on Channel BT around 7am EST Monday 3/11/08. :) Can’t wait for the UK version to fire up again, forget about the Australian version, it’s pure diarrorea.
Catch it on the net on BBC iPlayer usually on about 3 or 4 days after its been on the box. Thank god i’m a pohm living on the right side of the planet.
