Mitsubishi Pajero ACTiV limited edition released
The limited edition Mitsubishi Pajero ACTiV has joined the Japanese car maker's ACTiV line-up offering more features and a $55,990 (manual) drive away price tag.
Based on the 147kW/441Nm diesel-powered Pajero GLX, the ACTiV is available in both five-speed manual and five-speed automatic variations and sees the addition of front fog lights, side steps, alloy nudge bar, rear spoiler, privacy glass, and body-coloured door handles and mirrors.
The interior has benefitted too with Mitsubishi's Multi Communication System (MMCS) with seven-inch full-colour in-dash touch screen featuring voice command and reversing camera monitor as well as an 860-watt Rockford Fosgate audio system.
The Pajero ACTiV comes with a swag of safety tech including Mitsubishi's reinforced impact safety evolution (RISE) body construction system, anti-lock brakes (ABS) with electronic brake-force distribution, electronic stability control and six airbags. The company's Super Select 4WD II driving system that allows drivers to alternate between 2WD and 4WD modes is accompanied by 17-inch alloy wheels and the Pajero's 3000kg braked towing capacity.
The Pajero ACTiV is available in limited numbers now in Cool Silver, Pitch Black, Warm White, Ironbark and Graphite and comes with Mitsubishi's 10-year/160,000km non-transferrable drivetrain warranty, five-year/130,000km new vehicle warranty, five-year/130,000km roadside assist and Mitsubishi's capped price servicing for the first four years or 60,000km of ownership.
