I think the designer forgot to give his first sketches to his 9 year old son so he can add things to it Maybe an Estoque (which means a sword used to kill a bulls) sticking out of the the wheel hub. Because it is surely missing something. Come on Lambo!!!

Firstly for a lambo its too high off the ground to make that Reventon style bumper to look good. And the rear wheel arches have been pumped out to much. Angel lights look awsome and so it the back when you look straight at it. And the rear window makes the roof look suprisingly sleake whilst giving good headroom…clever. It Should be eye wateringly fast but I’d still buy a Aston Rapide or Maserati Quattroporte over that. Sorry Lambo:(

Marcos, yes the Rapide is just a stretched out AM but for mine AM has always screamed luxury grand tourer sports cars – a gentlemans supercar if you will, as opposed to the likes of ferrari and lamborghini which are more balls out, hard core supercars. For that reason, the idea of a streched out 4 door AM sits far better with me than a streched out 4 door lamborghini. An UGLY streched out 4 door lamborghini at that. IMO they’re lessening the brand by doing it – they don’t need it. Kind of like when redheads matches started making cleaning products – WTF??? By the way, I think porsche lessened their brand with the Toe Rag and the Panamera, too.

Id say that it would have the V8, as i don’t think the front is long enough for a V10, but i may be wrong.

TBH i think it looks gr8, looks mean, and definately is different, has a few angles that may need touching up but still is a new way of going for performance and for lambo too. Oh and its called the “ESTO QUE” not ESTRO QUE like a few here have called it, estroque sounds like its a chick about to have her time of month.
BTW The rapide is just a stretched out AM thats all..nothing new about that design…And dont get me started on the PANAMERA…Shiit dont make me laugh,what an UGLY MOFO car that is….

To be honest i don’t like it.
it looks as tho they chucked a bunch of parts together to make into a lambo comcept.
its got that bentley feel and look about it “long evil” with “alfa-ish” brakelights Quote: “Edd-rear looks like Alfa 156″
the front is rounded sort of to be like the ferrari, the lights and so on if u compare it to some models of the make.
in all the whole feel about the car just doesnt come together- sleak and long at the front short and round to the back doesnt match

Ill wait to the production version is shown to make my verdict, but it doesn’t look too bad. The side profile has a muscle car rear with a supercar front.

Love the wheels though.

This is taking away from the exclusive catagory of “supercar” and merging it with “family sedan”. I dont know of anybody who will throw the kids in the back and go for a fang around the streets. I believe the entire point of owning such an exclusive vehicle is to escape your own reality and just become totally consumed by the experience of you, the road and your own supercar……. then little johnny in the back seat starts crying because he dropped his ice cream all over the Italian leather………… no thanks

The front looks weird, doesn\’t mesh with the rest of the car. The side profile looks good and the rear looks quite good too. Not the prettiest thing in the world though – yet still beautiful.

My money was on this car to be an Espada or Marzal recreation. I’m wrong, as it turns out. They were beautiful.

detailing is very nice, but as a whole it just doesn’t work…looks a hell of a lot better than the panamera, which isn’t hard, but has nothing on the looks of the rapide. not quite sure why lamborghini feel the need to get into this segment though…

i think its a great idea for lambo to be branching out. i like concept of a four door, supercar derived, family car. so far it seems that only austin martin has got it right. by keeping the parts that we love about A-M’s but adding the practicallity of a four door (without making it just look like a stretched out db9). to me this lambo doesnt scream out supercar bread. the horizontal lights just dont work. lambo has made things to compicated in this car.

I might just reserve judgement for a little while yet. From some angles it looks great, from others it looks like the current Dodge Charger, which is hardly a good thing. The teaser images promised so much too. Maybe with a set of larger, more expressive, Reventon-esqe headlights I could be swayed, but even then it’s just an iffy design, better than the Pamamera in proportion, but still a long way from the beauty of the Rapide.
