CarAdvice to attend Deni Ute Muster

By Matt Brogan |

It’s that time of year again when we pull on our Blunnies and Bluey, strap in the Esky full of Bundy and head north for the Deni Ute Muster.

This year marks a decade since the inaugural Muster kicked off the celebration of Australia’s favourite vehicle and the annual pilgrimage is always a highlight on the CarAdvice calendar.

The event which last year saw 6,235 Utes attend will feature notable country music entertainers, children’s entertainment, country apparel, the RAAF Roulettes, the Yamaha FMX Stunt Team, Ute accessory stalls, competitions, food, plenty of bars and the unveiling of Stewart Appleby’s M5 Ute.

Flying the flag for the Blue Oval this time round CarAdvice’s very shmick FPV FG Falcon F6 Ute is polished and ready to go. The six-stacker is loaded with Lee Kernigan, our swags are in the back and the akubras are firmly donned, ready for a big two days of music, rum and circle work.

If you’re able to join us, the Muster is on from October 3-4 with more information and directions to be found at www.deniutemuster.com.au As accommodation is already at a premium, it’s advisable to pack your swag and camp out on the plains. If you spot the Ute by all means come over and say hi, we’ll look forward to seeing you there.

I really like the look of [Pro Golfer] Stuart Appleby’s one off BMW 5 Series Ute
When its finished he should fly it to Germany then hoprfully they will make an M3 Ute – If not I might have to contact Troy and the boys at Hillier Conversions who built the “Raptor” Gullwing Falcon Ute

Hey guys what about the obligatory Blue Heeler and slabs of VB [Very Bogan] in the back?

That first photo made me smile. Sometimes I visit my folks in the country and often see one of these B&S utes. They are hillarious – always covered in stickers (including the obligatory Conargo pub sticker), oversize bullbars, redundant aerials, ridiculous amounts of spot-lights and driven by date-raping, thick-as-a-plank, Bundy-drinking ag students called Craig.

Yeah those utes really bring the red out on their owners necks.

are they serious? or just taking the piss?? embarassing id say!

Car Advice at Deni? You know you’ll lose 10-20 points of IQ after you’ve walked around there for a while. (And before anyone goes crook, I live to the south of Echuca, and know quite a few people that go to the muster, so I know what sort of people go there LOL)

Snowman, fortunately, we are only sending a small team out that way, we have done the risk analysis and if he is taken hostage by the uh… respectable participants… we have contingency plans :)

What sort of farmer drives an F6? Surely you’re better off taking an XR8 or the workhorse RTV to do a few bog laps?
And why polish it? Surely you should be adding a fair whack of gravel dust up the side to fit in.
You’ll be outed as city slickers in no time.
