i would've really liked to have seen them kept the lights, (head/tail) also the side mirrors because now from what you can see it looks like a regular vehicle, i love suzuki, i own a 2006 top of the line fully loaded suzuki verona, i hope it looks/rides/has more to offer than my verona, i was going to trade up for the 09 genesis, until i seen the concept suzuki kizashi 3, but judging by the pics i can see the genesis purchase is almost inevitable, suzuki, show me something/change my mind

From the pictures it looks like the concept may have been toned down a lot, rather than a little. I hope not, it could be really good.

Captain Mainwarning - i actually didn't think the baleno was that bad, it was never the best small hatch on the market, but i thought it was an acceptable small car transport and i was under the impression that it was also quite a durable little car aswell.

Yeah totally agree with ya mainwaring. But the Swift's rep has dragged Suzuki up with it, so I think this is the deal that seals it. The missus wud be looking for a car by then, so we might drop by a Suzuki dealership.

Proportions look great, but I'm not convinced yet. Swift has been a big hit in the market but the quality's not really there - they present well when new but get surprisingly loose after a couple of years, and remember what a dog the Baleno was. Hopefully Suzuki will get it right with an upmarket sedan, because they'll only get one chance.

No rear leg room much? that door is soo short. Cannot imagine someone more than 6' tall sitting comfortably in the back.

Will have to wait until official interior images are avaliable to confirm my belief.

I think vey-ron may have been referring to the white/black chequerd pattern camoflage, it causes an optical illusion that makes it difficult to see the contours of the body work.

Don't own a black car, but white is superb at accentuating a car's features. Put a car without body lines in white and it looks boring, but if the surface of the car is contoured, like most modern cars or sports cars and it highlights those features.

i was told white and black hide body lines/contours?

either way, Kizashi3 concept is stunning, and i could only hope the production variant resembles it almost identically (like BMW did with the X6 and M3)

You're a moron F-0. If you want to accuse cars of all looking the same try muscle cars from the 70s, or modern American sedans, or better yet, the Porsche 911, the same for 40 years. Don't come out with some mildy racist rubbish about Japanese mid size sedans all looking the same.

That concept is a fantastic looking car, if enough of the design ques are carried over easily the best looking in the class.

If you were looking to hide a car in plain sight, hit it up with a ridiculous paint job, auto salon style. Debadge it and run the stereo at full volume, everyone would just think it was a heavily modified show car or the like, in dark purple covered in stickers and the like it would be impossible to see the body lines properly.

Running a white car is the worst thing you want to hide it. White accentuates all the body lines of the car, so a photographer would great an excellent shot of the car and all its features.

*****PRIMO!*****

These normally black covered-mules got me thinking.

If the manufacturers sent out the final product in white colour NOBODY would even notice it!!

It would work, trust me on this, seen 1 Japper they all look the same, tar-n-feathered from the same batch!

Cheers

That concept is so good. *sigh*
What's with the 4wd mirrors on the prototype?
Still the exhaust openings look like they might have made the transition from concept to showroom.
The swift is an enormous hit and this could do it again.
