$58K for a set of wheels and an exhaust pipe – Most of the boy racers will have the rims banged up on kerbs and the exhaust hanging off within a week. Had to laugh the other day when some tossbag mounted a kerb, ripped off his spoiler & intercooler and dumped coolant and oil all over the road. Money would be better spent on some driving lessons instead of this crap.

people, i know the rims look like puss, but rays are mostly known for light race rims that are perfectly balenced. 58k is way to rich, take the same money to a 3rd party tuner and you will have a car that will kill you (even quicker)!

Completely agree with you there Cred, anythign from the manufacturers inhouse tuners whether it be nismo, TRD, Mugen is completely overpriced, id rather go third party tuner products.

I reckon Nismo thinks GTR buyers are all multimillionaires who can throw money around that easily

58K??? how much is the Vspec over the standard gtr?

I’m awake, well I’m at work anyway.
Nismo need to put the crack pipe down and move away.
Realistically all that stuff is worth 25-30k at full retail so Nismo are bumtaxing the punter a fair wedge.
I think the wheels are pus, the suspension you would have to go with to retain the standard adjustability, and I love SR6 Recaros – I have a set in my EFO. By my reckoning the exhaust looks a little small. No matter there is plenty of nice aftermarket stuff available.

I like the R35, but Nismo have the pricing all wrong on this stuff. And I’m afraid Rays hit those rims too hard with the ugly stick…they’re bloody atrocious.

I think all the aftermarket tuners will be quite happy with these stratospheric pricing strategies from Nismo.
