2012 Kia Cee’d revealed

Kia has released the first image of its all-new Cee'd ahead of the car’s unveiling at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March.

The new Cee'd is a practical five-door hatch, but combines coupe-like styling for a smart look. Exterior features such as chromed framed windows and muscular lines through the bonnet add to the upmarket styling.

Inside, there’s an ergonomic, driver-centric dashboard and high-quality interior finish with more refined materials.

Expect the new Cee'd to be available in Europe from the second quarter of 2012. The Cee'd is only available in Europe, and is not sold in Australia.

Kia Australia instead sells the Cerato hatch and sedan as its small-car player in the local market. Expect the next generation of Cerato to launch some time in 2013.
